Zeolite and Exercise – A Good Combination

To help with both exercise and recovery many of today’s athletes are including supplements in their
daily diets.
One of the many supplements that is finding it’s way into athlete’s diets is a naturally occurring mineral called zeolite that has been used for centuries as a health supplement around the world.
Best used in it’s liquid form, like Liquid Zeolite , zeolite is a natural detoxifier that is able to safely remove toxins and heavy metals from the body. When the body is engaged in physical activity it is constantly being bombarded by toxins in the environment.
Endurance, strength and stamina can all be increased by the removal of these heavy metals and toxins along with helping the body to defend itself against these invaders.
Zeolite selectively seeks out and attracts toxic particles, it then is able to bind them together and remove them safely from the body. Whether they are toxic substances, heavy metals or viruses, zeolite will safely remove them before they cause harm to the body’s health.
Another amazing thing about zeolite is that it not only eliminates the buildup of toxins in the body, but it is able to neutralize the acid base balance and enhance the body’s immune function, thus improving the body’s nutrient absorption by improving it’s metabolic function.
Recently 150 trained athletes and 150 non-competitive athletes participated in a double-blind crossover study that tested zeolite against the same people taking a placebo. Of these individuals taking part in the
study over 80% noticed beneficial effects with their exercise during the time they were taking zeolite. Those beneficial effects included faster recovery times and general feeling of better health.
Shouldn’t you include Zeolite in your training program?
